In short, we want to use working capital of EUR 100,000 in the medium term. As this has to be built up first, we have to invest part of it directly from income and use another part for trading. 

Our investment focus is on a portion in:

Bitcoin.

Another part is to be invested in commodities: 

Gold (digital) and 

Silver (digital).

The remainder in Berkshire Hathaway shares (Class B).

Trading is to be considered separately and our strategy here is based on trend trading. Here we work with trading indicators. There are a large number of different indicators that can be individually adapted to the chart. They can be roughly divided into four types of indicators:

If your primary goal is to determine whether a trend is still intact, you might consider using the following two indicators:

1. Moving Averages (MA):

   - Type: Exponential Moving Average (EMA) or Simple Moving Average (SMA).

   - Purpose: Moving averages help smooth out price data and identify the direction of the trend. The slope and position of the moving average can give you a visual indication of the trend's strength and direction. For example, if the price is consistently above a rising moving average, it suggests an uptrend.

2. Average True Range (ATR):

   - Purpose: ATR measures market volatility, which can be crucial in assessing the strength of a trend. A rising ATR may indicate an increase in volatility, suggesting that the trend is gaining strength. On the other hand, a decreasing ATR might signal a weakening trend or a potential reversal.

By combining these two indicators, you can get a good sense of the trend's direction (through moving averages) and its volatility or strength (through ATR). If the price remains consistently on one side of the moving average, and the ATR confirms that volatility is supporting the trend, it suggests the trend is likely still intact. Always remember to consider other factors and use additional analysis to confirm your findings.

The company's reserves are predominantly invested in Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is more than money. Its a mindset. What's the meaning of proof of work? Proof of work is a technique used by cryptocurrencies to verify the accuracy of new transactions that are added to a blockchain. The decentralized networks used by cryptocurrencies and other defi applications lack any central governing authority, so they employ proof of work to ensure the integrity of new data.

WEiNSTEiN iNVEST's primary purpose 

is to be a long-term investment vehicle mainly to keep WEiNSTEiN MEDiA afloat even on bumpy roads. The company's management, led by Andreas Weinstein, seeks to allocate capital wisely and generate significant returns for WEiNSTEiN MEDiA over time.We are not going all-in. But almost.

Reserves: 

At the end of a financial year or quarter when a company earns a profit certain portion of it is retained in the business to meet future contingencies, growth prospects, etc.

This amount of money kept aside is termed as reserves. Reserves are a component of retained earnings.

Ultimately, the appropriate level of retained earnings is a strategic decision made by a company's management. It should align with the company's long-term financial goals and its ability to generate returns on retained capital. 

Weinstein Media would like to diversify more.

The areas of advertising space, photo documentation and music are already long-standing components. The topic of investment is more recent and the extent to which a partial entry into other companies would make sense is currently being considered. It is also still unclear to what financial extent this entry should take place.

WEiNSTEiN MEDiA 2006-2024

In 2006, Andy Weinstein founded WEiNSTEiN MEDiA. The company's main business field was the acquisition of facades and construction scaffolds for the purpose of displaying giant poster advertisements. Andy Weinstein, who is also a songwriter and producer, obtained a label code in 2010 to establish WEiNSTEiN MEDiA as a music label as well. In 2010, the label supported the now-established singer/songwriter Michael Schulte. The label also produced custom music and music-related gimmicks, such as ringtones, specifically for newspapers and other advertising campaigns.

Today, WEiNSTEiN MEDiA's label activities are limited to a few productions and maintaining its music catalog. Since the transformation of the music industry due to streaming, the music business has become economically less viable. In addition to that, music is sounding more and more the same, and the magic of music is fading due to artificial intelligence and the decreasing diversity.

The other business fields still pursued by WEiNSTEiN MEDiA today include the acquisition of advertising spaces and providing a monthly photographic documentation of advertising spaces occupied by advertising clients as part of their commissioned photography services. However, digitization and deliberate political efforts to phase out giant posters from city centers have made this business segment increasingly unattractive for WEiNSTEiN MEDiA.

As of the beginning of 2023, WEiNSTEiN MEDiA decided to redirect the remaining cash flow into the investment vehicle WEiNSTEiN iNVEST. Ensuring reserves at all times by investing into music and advertising unrelated ventures.
